Request account deletion

Preparing the request form…

What happens next

  1. Send your request. Keep the reference shown after submission.
  2. Confirm it is you. Our team will contact your registered email address. We will not delete an account based only on an unverified request.
  3. Receive confirmation. We will explain what will be deleted, any information that must be retained and why, and confirm when the request is completed.

What is deleted or retained?

Deletion removes your sign-in details and personal account profile. We also review associated family connections, invitations and practice data for deletion or anonymisation. Shared child and care records need a separate review because other authorised caregivers or a therapist may be responsible for them.

Payment and tax records, consent evidence, security records and information needed for an unresolved dispute may be retained where required or otherwise lawfully necessary. There is no single fixed retention period for all these categories; we will explain the applicable period or criteria and any exceptions when responding. See our privacy notice for the current retention policy.

Deleting your Panuma account does not delete records a clinic holds separately. We can help identify where to direct those requests.

Subscriptions and refunds

Requesting deletion does not itself cancel a subscription or request a refund. Web subscription renewals are stopped when account deletion is completed. If you purchased through Apple or Google Play, manage any active subscription with that store. See our refund information before deleting your account.
