How the guarantee works

Request a refund within 15 days of your first successful subscription payment. The guarantee covers that first purchase in full. You do not need to explain your decision or complete a feedback questionnaire.

The guarantee applies to the first purchase, not each automatic renewal. This does not limit any refund or other remedy you may have under applicable consumer law.

Request your refund

  1. Sign in with the account used for your purchase.
  2. Open your subscription and select the refund request action.
  3. Submit the request and keep its reference. Our team will review and process it; submission is not confirmation that the bank has returned the funds.

What happens next

We check the payment and request date, process eligible refunds, and show the request status in your account. Refunds go to the original payment method. The time until the funds appear depends on the payment provider and your bank; we do not promise an instant bank credit.

An approved full refund ends the subscription access associated with the refunded purchase and stops its future renewal.

Only want to stop renewal?

Choose cancel renewal in your account. This stops the next subscription charge and normally leaves access active until the paid period ends. It is a different action from requesting money back.

Your consumer rights remain

The 15-day guarantee is an additional promise. It does not exclude, replace or shorten rights under applicable law. You can still contact us about a problem after the guarantee period. This includes applicable statutory withdrawal rights and remedies for a service that does not meet legal requirements. The guarantee does not require you to give up those rights. See Your Europe’s consumer guidance and, where Australian law applies, the ACCC’s consumer rights guidance.
